2. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized into the following sections:
- Title: The title should be concise and informative, containing fewer than 20 words. Use 16pt Bold Times New Roman font.
- Author Information: Include the full names of all authors, their affiliations, and the email address of the corresponding author. List authors in order of contribution.
- Abstract: Provide a brief summary of the research, including the purpose, methodology, key results, and conclusions. The abstract should be between 150-300 words, written in 11pt Times New Roman.
- Keywords: List 4-6 keywords that represent the main topics of the article.
- Introduction: Introduce the research topic, provide background information, and state the objectives of the study. The introduction should also highlight the significance of the research and any gaps in the existing literature.
- Literature Review: Discuss relevant literature, summarizing previous research and theories that relate to your study. This section should logically lead to the research questions or hypotheses.
- Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques used in the study. Provide enough detail for others to replicate the study.
- Results: Present the findings of the study using text, tables, and figures. Avoid repeating the same data in different formats.
- Discussion: Interpret the results, discussing their implications and how they relate to the hypotheses or research questions. Compare your findings with previous studies.
- Conclusion: Summarize the main findings, their relevance, and any limitations of the study. Provide recommendations for future research.
- Acknowledgments (optional): Mention any financial support or assistance from others in the research process.
- References: Use the IEEE citation style for all references. Ensure that at least 60% of the references are from the last five years.
3. Formatting Details
- Font and Spacing: The entire manuscript should be written in Times New Roman font, 11pt, with 1.5 line spacing. Use single spacing for tables and figures.
- Headings: Use bold text for all headings and subheadings. The main headings should be in 12pt, and subheadings in 11pt.
- Figures and Tables: All figures and tables must be numbered sequentially and have descriptive titles. Place titles above tables and below figures. Ensure that all figures and tables are cited in the text.
- Equations: Equations should be created using MathType and numbered sequentially. Place the equation number in parentheses, right-aligned.
- References: Follow the IEEE citation style. All references should be cited in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.
4. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Before submission, ensure that your manuscript adheres to all formatting and structural guidelines. Submissions that do not meet the journal’s requirements may be returned to the authors for revision.
Steps for Submission:
- Create an account or log in to the journal’s submission portal.
- Complete the submission form, including all required metadata (title, authors, abstract, keywords).
- Upload the manuscript file, ensuring it is in Microsoft Word format (.docx).
- Submit the manuscript for review.
5. Peer-Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. This ensures that the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed to maintain the objectivity of the review. Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are free from any identifying information.
6. Post-Acceptance
Once a manuscript is accepted, authors may be asked to make minor revisions based on the reviewers’ comments. After final approval, the manuscript will be scheduled for publication in the next available issue of the journal.
Authors will receive proofs of their manuscript for final approval before publication. It is essential to review these proofs carefully to ensure that all content is accurate.
7. Ethical Considerations
Authors are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards when submitting their work. This includes ensuring that the research is original, that all sources are appropriately cited, and that there are no conflicts of interest. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not comply with ethical guidelines.
